Hello and Thank You For your interest in hiring a Personal Chef. My Name is Chef Kyle and my passion is cooking Fresh and Favorable food! I started off Cooking and Bartending in the restaurant business over 20 years ago. I quickly became a Restaurant Manager and was the Head Chef for most of my career. Growing up in Katy, TX and being an avid fisherman i started cooking seafood at a very young age and that passion has only grown over the years. I have learned many types of cuisine including, Cajun, Peruvian, Latin, and American. I really enjoy cooking amazing Kids food and My Homemade juicy Chicken Tenders are always a huge hit with kids and adults!
Some of my specialties include Peruvian Fresh Fish Ceviche, Fresh Tuna Poke, Blackened Fresh Fish with Coconut Crab sauce, beautifully seasoned and cooked Steaks or Lamb Chops always served with my Vibrant Chimichurri Sauce.
